The Gastronomic Experience allows you to enjoy breakfast at Salão do Rio and dinner at Rabelo Restaurant!

Our breakfast is quite varied and complete and dinner will consist of a 3-course menu (starter, main course and dessert).
In addition to this benefit, this experience also includes Port wine on arrival. Outside, you can also use the tennis court and the outdoor swimming pool for free.

Includes:

– Minimum 1 night stay in a room or suite with a panoramic view over Douro river
– Breakfast served in the breakfast room
– A 3-course dinner, per person and per night, served at the Rabelo Restaurant*
– Credit to spend at the Bar and Restaurant (Food and Drinks) per room per stay**
– A Welcome Port wine per adult upon arrival
– Cocktail, per adult per stay, at the Library Bar
– Access to the outdoor pool with magnificent views over the Douro river (available from April to October)
– Use of the tennis court (rackets and balls included)
– Car Parking, subject to availability
– Wi-Fi

Upon booking a Master Suite:

– Mini bar included
– VIP treatment in the room upon arrival

Rates per night from:

– Standard Room (river view): 355€
– Junior Suite: 395€
– Deluxe Suite: 455€
– Master Suite: 535€

The above rates refer to double occupancy.

Conditions:

*Special services included are highly recommended to be booked in advance (minimum 1 days) in order to guarantee availability.
**Credit equivalent to the total amount of €25 per stay, from November to April inclusive, and €15 per stay, from May to October inclusive. Credit not applicable on services/benefits already included in the Experience.

The above mentioned rates are inclusive of tax and the Experience is subject to limited room and rate availability, and modifications without prior notice.

Children:

One extra bed or cot per Standard Room (up to 1 child) and two extra beds or two cots per Junior Suite or Master Suite (up to 2 children).
The children’s supplements include the services detailed in the experience, but are not automatically calculated at the time of booking – upon prior notice, they will be reserved and added to your invoice at Check-Out.
For children between 3 and 11 years old, inclusive, a supplement of 54,5€, per child, per night will be charged.

Cancellation Policies

Credit card guarantee is compulsory. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise guests’ credit card prior to arrival.

November and December* 2024:
Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 2 days prior to the date of arrival. A fee equivalent to the 1st night’s stay will be charged during the 2 days prior to the date of arrival, for cancellation, late modification, no-show or early departure.
January to March 2025/2026, November and December 2025/2026:
Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 7 days prior to the date of arrival. A fee equivalent to the 1st night’s stay will be charged during the 7 days prior to the date of arrival, for cancellation, late modification, no-show or early departure.
April** 2025/2026:
Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 14 days prior to the date of arrival. A fee equivalent to the 1st night’s stay will be charged during the 14 days prior to the date of arrival, for cancellation, late modification, no-show or early departure.
May to October 2025/2026:
Cancellations and modifications are free of charge until 6pm (Lisbon time), 20 days prior to the date of arrival. A fee equivalent to the 1st night’s stay will be charged during the 20 days prior to the date of arrival, for cancellation, late modification, no-show or early departure.

*30th December 2024:
Non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total charges required upon confirmation. Cancellations and changes can not be made after confirmation of the reservation.

**Between 17th and 19th April 2025:
Non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total charges required upon confirmation. Cancellations and changes can not be made after confirmation of the reservation.

This Experience is Valid Until:

The Experience is valid until 30 December 2026, inclusive.
This Experience is not valid on the following dates:
24th and 25th 2024/2025/2026
31st December 2024/2025
1st January 2025/2026
14th February 2025/2026
