Welcome 2025 in the heart of the Douro Valley!

Celebrate the New Year 2025 in our company, surrounded by the Douro Valley’s unique landscape, enjoying magnificent and calming views over the river and the vineyards.
For this festive season, The Vintage House proposes a one or two-night experience with Dinner and New Year’s Party included.

Includes:

– 1 or 2 nights stay in a room or suite with a panoramic view over Douro river
– Breakfast Buffet served in the breakfast room
– A Welcome Port, per adult, upon arrival
– New Year’s Eve Dinner and Party*
– 10% rice reduction on all wine purchases above 30€ in The Vintage House wine shop
– Credit to spend at the Bar and Restaurant (Food and Drinks) per room per stay**
– Use of the tennis court (rackets and balls included)
– Car Parking, subject to availability
– Wi-fi

Upon booking a Master Suite:

– Mini bar included
– VIP treatment in the room upon arrival

1-night experience:
– Standard Room (River View): 710€
– Junior Suite: 805€
– Deluxe Suite: 838€
– Master Suite: 881€

2-nights experience:
– Standard Room (River View): 479€
– Junior Suite: 555€
– Deluxe Suite: 591€
– Master Suite: 643€

The above rates refer to double occupancy.

Conditions:

*New Year’s Eve Dinner & Party:

19:30 – Welcome Cocktail at the Library Bar
20:30 – Dinner with Wine Selection Included at the Salão do Rio
00:00 – Toast to the New Year with sparkling wine, raisins and fireworks
Party with DJ
01:00 – Supper

**Credit equivalent to the total amount of €25 per stay. Credit not applicable on services/benefits already included in the Experience.

We highly recommend that special services included in the experience are booked in advance (minimum 2 days) in order to guarantee availability.

The above mentioned rates are inclusive of tax and the Experience is subject to limited room and rate availability, and modifications without prior notice.

Children:

One extra bed or cot per Standard Room (up to 1 child) and two extra beds or two cots per Junior Suite or Master Suite (up to 2 children).

Children’s supplements are not automatically calculated at the time of booking – upon prior notice, they will be reserved and added to your invoice at Check-out.

1-night Experience:
For children between 3 and 11 years old, a supplement of 112€ per child, per Experience will be charged.

2-night Experience:
For children between 3 and 11 years old, a supplement of 137€ per child, per Experience will be charged.

Cancellation Policies:

Credit card guarantee is compulsory.

Non-refundable deposit of 100% of the total reservation amount required upon confirmation.
Cancellations and changes cannot be made after booking confirmation.
